Refund Policy:

Thank you for choosing our event! We value your trust and want to ensure your satisfaction. Please carefully review our refund policy stated below.

Full Refund - If you decide to cancel your booking within the first 7 days after making the reservation, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. This period starts from the date and time of your initial booking.

Partial Refund - Any cancellations requested after the initial 7 days will be eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price. This applies to cancellations made at any time beyond the 7-day grace period.

Non-Refundable - After the event, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@richardaceves.com stating your full name, booking details, and reason for cancellation.
2. Our team will review your request and contact you within 5 business days with further instructions and confirmation of your refund amount.
3. Once your refund has been approved, please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method. Exceptions:
In certain circumstances, exceptions to the refund policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. These circumstances include but are not limited to:- Cancellation due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen events that prevent the event from taking place.
- Event rescheduling or changes made by the organizer that hinder your attendance. Please note that all exceptions are at the sole discretion of the event organizer.
