About The Event

Five Days. Four Nights. One Profound Reset.

Whether you’re new to retreats or ready for deeper transformation, Movement Ayahuasca offers a guided journey of movement, breathwork, and self-discovery, set on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille in Sandpoint, Idaho, and without the use of plant medicine. This experience is designed to help you reset your nervous system, break through long-held patterns, and reconnect to your truest self through the combined power of movement, breath, and intentional reflection.

Your Sanctuary by the Lake

For five days and four nights, you’ll stay at a luxury waterfront home on Lakeshore Drive, a private retreat property with direct access to Lake Pend Oreille.

Expansive multi-level home with space for both privacy and shared community time

Direct lake access with a manicured lawn to the water’s edge — perfect for sunrise practices and quiet reflection

FAQ

Will I be ingesting the Ayahuasca root?

No. The experience is entirely through movement and breathing — no plant medicine is used.

Can I bring my partner who will not partake in the retreat?

To create the safest container possible, we ask that everyone staying at the house participate fully. This shared commitment builds trust, vulnerability, and group cohesion.

What happens after the retreat?

Richard will write movement and breathing homework directly in your journal. Ongoing 1:1 mentoring is available if you’d like continued support.
